12 O'Clock High Leadership Summit

About the Program
12 O'Clock High The film 12 O'Clock High is the saga of the fledgling American Air Force in Great Britain with the objective of establishing precision daylight bombing as a tactical weapon during World War II. Gregory Peck is requested to assume the leadership role in rebuilding a demoralized, struggling bomber squadron the 918th. As a film, it stands as a dramatic tribute to the creative craft of filmmaking - but as a management-training tool, it is a virtual giant.

Together with a group of your peers we will analyze the situation that General Frank Savage (Gregory Peck) finds himself in. We will review various management styles that are played out by the actors; what problems management is facing; the decision-making process and corrective action techniques; morale building methodologies that work; accountability; dealing with confrontation; leadership skills development; discipline; structure; teamwork; delegation; planning, organizing, communications and you will be introduced to the DISC Language and much more.

This film will make you think about what you, as a leader and manager, are doing on a daily basis at your company. It will challenge you to be aware of your style; approach, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and what impact you personally are having on your employees -- and ultimately on your team's productivity and your bottom line.
