Jim L. White

Jim White has over thirty years of international business experience. He is the founder of JL White International, Inc., a management consulting and leadership development organization dedicated to “Inspiring Excellence in People”.

Jim has achieved international recognition as an expert in leadership in business. His vast leadership experience includes being the owner and Managing Director of ACEC Centrifugal Pumps NV, Belgium, CEO of Blount World Trade Corporation, and Vice President and Division Manager with Ingersoll Rand Equipment Corporation.

Jim’s work as a consultant, coach, speaker and workshop leader has been inspirational to many audiences, including corporate executives, health care professionals, human resources personnel, education, public sector, non profit organizations, law enforcement and fire services.

He has been responsible for coaching individuals and organizations through organizational change by keeping them focused on the vital issues while maintaining personal and organizational balance.

He has conducted hundreds of workshops and key note addresses.
