Jim White and his Circle of Success© management program have been the most significant skill set I have learned and utilized in my 25 year management career. In utilizing the excellent management tools learned through his Programs, and Jim White's personal consulting/involvement, our Retirement Facility is thriving! His vast knowledge and experience has directly influenced our company's success by the following outcomes:
- Jim's most significant influence on our business has been in the development of a highly functional, dynamic team of Director's which has improved our company's work environment, team development, and has resulted in increasing the accountability and effectiveness of our management team. We have experienced decreased turnover of employees (25%) due to the development of our directors. Words cannot express Jim's ability to connect and surmise a work situation in all aspects, and than assist a manager in solving the issues. Over and over I have witnessed transformation of our management team through his "Circle of Sucess", 3 day workshops and I am continually amazed at the significant life-altering changes in individuals if they are open to grow and transform. Each Director has benefited by the personalized approach to developing each manager's areas of opportunity and personal development.
- Another aspect of leadership development that Jim White has utilized is by providing his expertise in the area of the DISC analysis of all of our hired Director's, which provides crucial information on hiring the right individual for the position.
- In the last 5 years of operation we have met our financial goals of meeting our expenses with only the income from the operation rather than depending on gifts, grants, and investments. There are now funds for redevelopment of our aging campus.
When I think of Jim White.....His energy, passion and vision come to mind. Jim has helped me to stretch beyond my view of myself. "Sally, your 'box is too small'" he has said to me many times. His incredible gift of seeing the potential in people and to be a change-agent with individuals in reaching their potential personally and professionally never ceases to amaze me. He is a bright man and his charismatic presence exudes confidence and boosts the confidence of those around him.
