Our Interim CEO Service is a powerful and innovate service for our clients. You never know when you will need an experienced CEO to step into an organization. The reasons for such a need are many including but not limited to a (i) crisis leadership situation (ii) Need to make an immediate change and can not wait for the recruiting process which is typically 9 months (iii) new opportunity that will not allow time to recruit a permanent CEO (iv) Organization needs an immediate kick start (v) lack of confidence from board for existing CEO and you need to make a seamless change to name a few.
Our goal is to place an experienced CEO within 72 hours after we receive a client request and approval. The fee will range from $400 to $500 per hour. Payment can be all cash and/or a combination of cash and stock. Each engagement is different and we strive to arrive at a compensation package that meets the needs of our clients.
